For Import Cargo ( Air / Sea Shipment )

1. Pls show the below detail as consignee on MBL for Shpt to Jakarta:

For shpt besides Jakarta, Pls check with us how to show the consignee on MBL.

2. Pls email draft MBL and HBL to us at least 2 days before ETD to import@jasindo.net and cc to jasindo@jasindolintastama.net
so we can ask consignee to check HBL to avoid correction fee from carrier at Port of loading.

3. As per Indonesia custom Rule, Forwarder Must submit Import Manifest to Custom at least 24 hours before ETA
Otherwise possible facing PENALTY Usd 5000 to Usd 10000 per Shipment but we prefer to submit manefest 72 hours before ETA in case there is saturday, Sunday or Holiday.

4. For Shpt ETA on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, Pls must inform us the shipment latest before 12 noon on Friday and must get our confirmation to avoid custom penalty.

5. To avoid for Penalty  because of overlook email or NOT submit Import Manefest In time,
After Email Document (MAWB/HAWB) to us, Pls must get our staff to confirm
whether we already receive or aware the new Shipment or not?

6. If there is more than 5 commodity, pls show only 5 commodity similar to Packing List on HAWB or HBL.

7. For Air shipment to indonesia,
Pls only show commodity as “CONSOLIDATION CARGO AS PER ATTACHED MANIFEST” on MAWB only
But Pls show actual commodity on HAWB
Gross Weight on MAWB and HAWB must be the same, but Chargeble weight is ok to be different.

8. If cannot email Draft MAWB and HAWB in Time,
Then only email us the Pre-alert with Shipment detail 2 days before ETA.

9. Normally it takes 2 to 3 working days for custom clearance for Air Cargo, if custom inspection additional 3 to 5 working days
Custom is not working on Saturday,
Pls avoid to arrange any Flight ETA Indonesia on Thu, Fri, Sat and Sun because custom not working on Sat/Sun to avoid for expensive warehouse storage.

How to Show MBL or MAWB:

Shipper must be sure consignee has import licence and permit or not to avoid for Abandan Cargo or Return Cargo

RE : Benefit to issue HAWB
12 hour before ETA we can revise HAWB with FREE OF CHARGES in Indonesia
But must within working hour before 15.00
For Flight ETA on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday please must get the confirmation from our company before Thursday before 15.00.
